Germany based Sales Representative (Business Development) – Traction Productions Eyewear

Responsibilities

- Selling optical frames products of Traction Productions Eyewear within an assigned territory: Germany, Austria, German speaking Switzerland, and Lichtenstein. 

- Identifying prospective customers and converting into product orders.

- Developing and maintaining business relationships

- Meeting sales goals within company guidelines

Qualifications:

- Native or fully fluent in German

- Experience in sales and/or optical sales preferred.

- Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group.

- Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.

- Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a autonomous, fast-paced environment.
